Responsibilities:
- Integrate healthcare services for clients, ensuring effective coordination and communication among teams
- Evaluate patient outcomes, utilizing established clinical, financial, and utilization data
- Apply independent nursing judgment, incorporating age-specific care methodologies and protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, facilitating groups and implementing projects as needed
- Document patient information accurately, solving problems and adapting to changing situations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred, with a minimum of 1-2 years of professional nursing experience in a clinic care setting
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
