About the Role:

The District Student Services Facilitator will work collaboratively with school personnel, parents, community agencies, and other stakeholders to identify and address barriers to student success. This will involve analyzing data to identify areas of need, developing and implementing targeted interventions, and providing support to students and families to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with at-risk youth, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support students from K-12 in achieving academic benchmarks, improving attendance, and developing social-emotional skills
  • Collaborate with school personnel, parents, community agencies, and other stakeholders to identify and address barriers to student success
  • Analyze data to identify areas of need and develop targeted interventions to support students
  • Provide support to students and families to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least three years of work experience or education working with at-risk youth
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in developing school-wide supports and interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are encouraged to apply
