We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team at Walgreens, where you'll have the freedom to work from the comfort of your own home. Job Summary:
In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, resolving routine questions and problems, and providing courteous service to all contacts. You'll work under direct supervision, following standard operating procedures and guidelines to ensure seamless interactions. Your duties may vary depending on the assigned department, but your commitment to excellence will remain constant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or other channels, utilizing established guidelines and procedures
- Utilize computer applications to log and track inquiries, check status, and document interactions
- Coordinate with other functional areas as necessary to resolve complex issues
- Respond to customer inquiries, notify them of investigation results, and provide planned adjustments
- Handle inquiries for one or more lines of business, demonstrating adaptability and a customer-centric approach

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, touch typing, formatting documents)
- Basic-level PC skills (start-up and shut down computer, use mouse, start and close programs, etc.)
- Basic search engine skills (opening a browser, typing in URLs, using a search engine, etc.)
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a centralized services or call center environment
- Experience in retail or healthcare
- Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, touch typing, formatting documents)
- Fluency in Spanish and English
