Key Responsibilities:
- Issue, reissue, and refund passenger tickets
- Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
- Rebook passengers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
- Perform passenger check-in and seat assignment
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Operate gate reader/scanner and related equipment
- Make boarding and departure gate announcements
- Deliver domestic and international flight files
- Maintain a timeline of the flight boarding process
- Process and complete credit card transactions
- Assist passengers with self-service kiosk check-in and baggage processing
- Respond to and assist in safety and emergency situations
- Provide high-quality customer service in a professional manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED or global equivalent
- Bilingual language skills (required in some locations)
- Applicable valid driver's license (as required by local authorities)
- Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks (if applicable)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges (if applicable)
- Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, full background check, and/or fingerprinting (to meet company and security requirements)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working experience with Sabre or another Passenger Service System
- Previous face-to-face customer service experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
