As a Proof of Claim Processor, you'll play a vital role in preparing and processing Proof of Claim and 410A Proof of Claim Attachment, ensuring seamless workflow and exceptional client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process Proof of Claim (410 Form) and Proof of Claim 410A Attachment with precision and attention to detail
  • Package and file essential Loan Documents with the Bankruptcy Court, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Communicate effectively with clients, Trustees, Bankruptcy Courts, Local Counsel, and Debtors' Attorneys to gather necessary information and resolve issues
  • Update client systems with the status of Proof of Claim, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity
  • Provide paralegal and administrative support to attorneys, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork
  • Maintain excellent client relations, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Meet all client and court deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; bankruptcy, mortgage servicing, or accounting experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interpret client systems and software tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a commitment to our core values and mission
