We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives, driving the delivery of complex projects and programs for top financial institutions. As a seasoned project management professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team, leveraging your expertise in Agile methodologies and SAFe practices to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of digital and API programs for financial institutions, utilizing Agile project management methodologies and SAFe practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Program Managers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts, to define product roadmaps and translate them into Epics and user stories
  • Matrix-manage a multidisciplinary team, prioritizing work and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features
  • Actively participate in the Delivery Manager community, sharing best practices and expertise to drive continuous improvement
  • Setup and maintain an Agile environment, removing obstacles and ensuring seamless project execution
  • Work closely with SQM to develop and implement overall product test strategies
  • Empower service teams to autonomously organize their work, promoting a culture of autonomy and accountability

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience leading digital and API programs for financial institutions
  • Proven experience with SAFe practices and Agile project management methodologies
  • Strong track record of delivering complex projects and programs on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent leadership and matrix-management skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape and emerging trends
  • US Citizens, Green Card, EAD (H4, L2), E3 TN visa holders, and H1B transfer are preferred; no third-party corp-to-corp arrangements will be accepted
