Private Client Account Executive - Remote Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Account Executive to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our industry-leading team, you will be responsible for managing complex personal insurance programs for affluent clients and families, delivering innovative and effective solutions that empower results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth personal insurance clients with complex insurance needs
- Build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive business growth and retention
- Broker and maintain insurance policies and risk management solutions on behalf of clients
- Conduct annual reviews and coordinate client-related billing matters
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and support
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with insurers, clients, and colleagues
- Achieve assigned revenue growth and retention metrics
Requirements:
- Property and Casualty Broker's License required
- 5-10 years of client service experience in high net-worth personal insurance
- Insurance designations such as CPCU, CIC, CPRM, CPRIA, AFIS, or ARM preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $125,000 - $145,000 annually
