Remote Part-Time Executive Assistant Opportunity
Join the Clean Air Fund Team and Make a Difference! We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Executive Assistant to support our Executive Director of Breathe Cities in a remote capacity. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving success and helping us achieve our mission to reduce air pollution through philanthropic grants.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing complex international travel arrangements, coordinating high-profile events, and ensuring the smooth operation of our team projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary management and coordination of complex international travel arrangements
- Preparing for Governance meetings, including Committee meetings
- Managing emails and ensuring organizational priorities are met
- Providing support for key team projects, internal and external events, and team engagement
- Organizing convenings, surveys, and small conferences
Requirements:
- Previous experience working for senior executives in a busy and complex environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
- Professional judgment, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and typing skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary (COP 65,772,058 - COP 72,124,397 per annum, pro-rated based on hours worked)
- One-year fixed-term contract
- Remote work arrangement (must be based in Colombia with the right to work there)
