We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in a remote capacity, with a preference for candidates in the Central Standard Time (CST) zone. As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a high-touch, customer advocate responsible for ensuring strategic Veeam customers are successful in leveraging our solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building strong working and strategic relationships with clients, acting as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor for current product offerings and future expansion opportunities
- Conducting proactive customer/account health checks and escalating matters as required
- Driving new case studies and references with assigned customers
- Collaborating internally with sales and cross-functional groups to drive continuous improvement and a superior customer experience
- Working closely with the Renewals team to drive high renewal rates
- Providing feedback to Product Management on key features or product limitations that are inhibiting usage and growth
- Contributing to a positive, innovative, adaptable, and growth-minded work culture
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Prior customer success related work experience
- Experience developing and communicating new ideas and proposals for Customer Success team improvements
- Project management experience
- Demonstrated patience, understanding, and empathy in managing conflict and concerns
- Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
- Strong business acumen with experience leading projects in a methodical and goal-oriented manner
- Understanding of Cloud and Hyperscaler technologies, SaaS offerings, and Microsoft 365
