Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality instruction and support to students in the absence of the regular teacher
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and academic achievement
• Develop and implement lesson plans, assignments, and activities that meet the needs of diverse learners
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or 60+ college credits
• Three professional references, including one from a previous direct supervisor
• NJ Substitute Credential and background check & TB risk assessment (we'll cover the cost)
• Full COVID-19 vaccination
• A passion for education, empathy, and a growth mindset
