Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and lead programs, classes, and activities in specialized areas such as art, dance, drama, music, and sports
- Design and plan curriculum and activities that promote community engagement and social interaction
- Provide staff training and oversee the use of recreation equipment and facilities
- Perform administrative duties, coordinate special events and programs, and maintain records and inventory
- Build and maintain relationships with community members, participants, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of professional-level experience in a related field, paid or volunteer
- Demonstrated teaching skills in a specialized area of interest
- Ability to work with diverse populations and age groups
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual skills in Spanish, Cantonese, and Mandarin are highly desirable
