We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Children's ABA Therapist to join our team in Aurora, CO. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with children and families, providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and counseling programs. Our team is committed to helping individuals with autism spectrum disorder and their families achieve their full potential, and we are looking for a like-minded professional to join our mission.
About the Role:
- Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
- Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Work collaboratively with our team to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
- Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-year experience working with children in a 1:1 setting
- 1-year ABA experience (or 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor)
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
