Job Description:

In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering life-changing medical equipment for the MR modality, ensuring seamless installation, calibration, and maintenance. As a key representative of GE HealthCare, you will partner with project managers, serve as a subject matter expert, and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform calibration and service on MR systems, ensuring timely completion and exceptional customer experience
- Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to deliver installation and calibration projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, utilizing GEHC escalation processes and national support as needed
- Maintain tools, test equipment, and administrative responsibilities, ensuring compliance with vendor credentialing requirements
- Provide onsite customer support, working extensively with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience
- Experience interfacing with internal teams and external customers, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with web applications, Microsoft suite, and basic hand tools
- Valid Driver's License, ability to lift up to 35 lbs., and willingness to travel up to 50% overnight
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
