We are seeking an experienced project manager with a passion for leading cross-functional teams, driving initiatives, and ensuring project deliverables meet the highest standards. As a Lead Project/Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple large projects, defining project scope and objectives, guiding project team activities, and developing overall strategies for executing high-value projects and programs.


Job Description:

The Lead Project/Program Manager will perform non-technical project or program management work focused on internal projects or programs, applying project management skills, tools, and techniques to manage scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risk. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting end-to-end project management of multiple large projects and managing sub-components of large programs
  • Leading cross-functional teams to complete project or program deliverables within allotted timelines and budgets
  • Identifying key internal and external stakeholders and developing overall strategies for executing high-value projects and programs
  • Defining project or program scope and objectives, guiding project team activities, and establishing master timelines for deliverables
  • Managing complex projects and programs that span multiple business units or are company-wide, requiring high levels of analysis to create project or program plans
  • Working with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion projects across the organization
  • Developing detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports
  • Conducting project or program meetings, tracking and analyzing project or program progress, and ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Providing technical and analytical guidance to project teams and recommending solutions to major problems
  • Communicating with clients, vendors, and leadership

Requirements:

  • Pferred Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration degree or equivalent experience
  • PMP Certification desired
  • Typically requires 5-8 years of relevant experience
