Job Description: As a Remote Call Center Agent, you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls from consumers, tracking and documenting inquiries, and completing associated tasks according to established guidelines. You'll also assist consumers with changes to their existing applications, reset passwords, and check application status. Our ideal candidate is a fast learner, punctual, and self-reliant, with excellent computer skills and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from consumers and provide support regarding healthcare benefits
  • Track and document all inquiries using applicable systems
  • Complete associated tasks according to established guidelines
  • Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics
  • Assist consumers with changes to their existing applications
  • Reset consumer passwords and check application status
  • Escalate calls or issues to designated staff for resolution as needed
  • Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers
  • Attend meetings and training as requested and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programs and systems

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of call center experience
  • Experience with high inbound call volume
  • Experience with meeting or exceeding established metrics
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Above average computer skills
  • Ability to listen to understand and respond accordingly
