Job Summary:
The FBI Program Analyst III will be responsible for performing analytical, liaison, and protocol duties to support the International Protocol Unit. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and analyzing meeting requests to determine suitable meetings based on meeting topics and ranking level of officials
- Organizing, planning, and prioritizing meetings and events, including assisting with larger conference planning
- Compiling meeting agendas and briefing materials for dissemination to foreign partners and FBI stakeholders
- Establishing contacts and interacting with FBI personnel, external agency personnel, and local foreign embassies to achieve common goals
- Preparing and disseminating briefing materials for senior-level FBI executives and tracking foreign visitors accessing FBI spaces
- Coordinating meetings and bilateral information exchanges to strengthen partnerships and execute FBI training delivered to foreign partners
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Hold a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (existing at the time of application)
- Be a U.S. Citizen
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of government experience in event planning, meeting coordination, and/or program management, or three (3) years as a protocol affairs specialist/special events coordinator in private industry
- Be able to prioritize work assignments effectively, work at all levels of the FBI, and exhibit complex organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will have:
- Five (5) years of experience as a Protocol Officer in the government or private industry, with special event planning and large-scale conference coordination
- Foreign language education or experience
- Foreign/International Affairs experience
