Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and maintain satellite customer equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Ensure seamless service operation, promote and invoice video services to customers, and provide top-notch customer experiences.
- Install equipment in various settings, including infrastructure, upper rooms, sublevels, and confined spaces.
- Utilize corporate technology to efficiently manage orders and transport company vehicles to job sites.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license in the state where the vehicle is operating.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work fluctuating schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must pass mandatory drug testing, security checks, and physical assessments.
- Previous experience in a technical domain or similar position is advantageous.
