Customer Service Specialist II - Animal Services (Remote Opportunity)
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team at Workwarp as a Customer Service Specialist II, specializing in Animal Services. We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to provide exceptional support to our customers and the Animal Services - Pet Services team. As a remote customer service specialist, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service via telephone, in person, in writing, and online.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced clerical support, including operation of a personal computer and public contact work
- Deliver professional and courteous responses to customer inquiries regarding various County operations
- Perform customer service functions in support of the Animal Services - Pet Services team
- Answer telephone calls, type letters and reports, maintain records, and perform data entry
- Utilize software applications to retrieve and enter data
- Perform other clerical functions, such as processing mail, filing, and scanning
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; one (1) year of experience in customer service duties involving frequent public contact
- Proficient in operating a personal computer and related software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain records, prepare reports, and understand oral and written instructions
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license required
