Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers to sell our products and services. If you are passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth and have a strong skillset in sales and customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Growth: Demonstrate, promote, and sell our products and services to prospective customers, strategically presenting key value propositions and functionality.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and foster relationships with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention through close communication and follow-up.
  • Meet and Exceed Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
  • Track Progress: Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in our CRM system.
  • Stay Informed: Research and understand our target market, staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and our overall market opportunity.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: 1-2 years of experience selling a product or service.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent ability to manage and build relationships.
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals.
  • Advanced Skills: Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating.
  • Customer Focus: Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
