Customer Experience Ambassador - Remote Focus Group Panelist

About the Role: We're looking for individuals to participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments. As a remote focus group panelist, you'll have the option to participate online or in-person, sharing your honest feedback to help shape the development of new products and services.
Compensation:
- Earn $75-$150 per hour session
- Earn $300-$750 for multi-session studies
Responsibilities:
- Arrive at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Participate by completing written and oral instructions
- Complete written surveys provided for each panel
- Use provided products and/or services and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
Requirements:
- Smartphone with working camera or desktop/laptop with webcam
- High-speed internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
