About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Coordinator to join our Ask HR team. As the first point of contact for HR inquiries, you'll utilize your strategic and critical thinking skills to provide accurate and timely responses. You'll collaborate closely with Ask HR team members, leadership, employees, and retirees to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR inquiries initiated by employees, retirees, and business partners through the ServiceNow technology platform.
  • Utilize strategic and critical thinking attributes to ensure thorough understanding of questions or concerns, facilitating accurate and timely responses.
  • Continuously seek to expand business knowledge across HR Functions and divisions.
  • Participate in frequent team meetings to gather updates, address questions, and escalate issues or themes for leadership consideration.
  • Coordinate with Ask HR Leaders, HR Function Leaders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to effectively escalate issues and resolve questions or concerns promptly.
  • Provide support to the overall Employee and Alumni Services team on special projects and initiatives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred OR equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources, customer service, operations, or service delivery center.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to interpret policy and procedures independently.
  • Excellent communication and written skills, with passion to empathize with employees.
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer navigation.

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar system and case management utilizing a Tiered escalation model.
