Remote Central Selling Associate - Flooring

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Central Selling Associate to join our flooring team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our organization.
Job Summary:
In this exciting role, you will work within our system-based work queue to identify and review activities, obtain and verify information related to service requests, and communicate with stores and service providers to ensure seamless project execution. Your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to provide top-notch support to our customers, stores, and service providers, while collaborating with our internal teams to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage system-based work queues to identify and review activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Utilize internal selling and project management systems to obtain and verify information, communicate with stakeholders, and drive project execution
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams, including stores, service providers, and peers, to drive business results and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Analyze and improve processes, providing feedback and recommendations to supervisors and leadership teams to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date on local competitive offerings, recognizing and communicating the advantages of our products and services to employees and customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Up to one year of experience in a call center, office administrative, high-volume retail, service support, or similar work environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Reliable internet access with a minimum speed of 20mbps download and 5mbps upload
- Designated distraction-free workspace and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the remodeling or construction industry
- Lowe's store experience
- Installed flooring sales experience
- Experience using MS Dynamics or similar CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool
