Job Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Survey Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting outbound surveys with respondents via phone
- Accurately recording respondent answers
- Handling difficult calls in a professional manner
- Meeting productivity and quality standards
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and speak clearly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on site at our Logan, UT office
- Typing speed of 30 wpm (preferred)
- Ability to sit and type for majority of shift
