Your Responsibilities:

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Respond to requests for assistance and process payments as needed
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues to help us improve our services
  • Meet sales objectives as defined by our team

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • 6 months of customer service experience minimum
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 wpm and navigate desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Availability to work various shifts and adapt to a constantly changing environment

Work from Home Requirements:

  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps and upload speed of 3.0 Mbps
  • ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
