As a Behavioral Health Therapist with our team, you will:
- Conduct initial and follow-up care sessions via phone and video technology, providing empathetic and supportive care to your clients
- Develop, schedule, and implement high-quality treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based practices, ensuring the best possible outcomes for your clients
- Participate in all provider training and virtual meetings, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices in the field
- Adhere to clinical quality parameters and telemedicine practice guidelines, ensuring that you provide the highest level of care to your clients
- Comply with federal HIPAA regulations, maintaining the confidentiality and security of client information
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals, families, or couples, with a strong understanding of the complexities and challenges of behavioral health
- Experience working with diverse populations and demographics, with a commitment to cultural sensitivity and awareness
- Telehealth experience, with a strong understanding of the technology and best practices required for remote therapy
- Strong communication, documentation, and diagnosing skills, with the ability to effectively assess and treat clients
- Familiarity with technology, including computers, smartphones, and tablets, with the ability to navigate electronic health records and other digital systems
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family studies, or a related field from an accredited program
- A valid, unrestricted state license to practice as a therapist, with a strong understanding of the laws and regulations governing the profession
- At least 2 years of experience as an independently licensed therapist, with a strong track record of providing high-quality care to clients
