As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone, email, or chat. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and concerns

- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate and informative support to customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: Required
- Previous Experience: Customer service or related experience preferred
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
