As a Strategic Marketplace Growth & Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be instrumental in expanding our third-party seller ecosystem in the USA, directly contributing to product selection, pricing competitiveness, and an unparalleled customer experience. You will be a key player in identifying market gaps, developing and executing growth strategies, and fostering strong relationships with key marketplace partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deep Market & Competitive Intelligence: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace segment, including seasonality, global trends, and competitor activities. Proactively monitor competitor strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
- Strategic Seller Acquisition & Development: Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential sellers to the Amazon platform through direct outreach, participation in industry events, and compelling presentations.
- Seller Enablement & Best Practice Advocacy: Guide sellers on effective online selling strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize delivery, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance. Provide practical, actionable recommendations.
- Internal & External Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and advocating for solutions that benefit both Amazon and our sellers.
- Growth Strategy Execution: Translate market insights into actionable growth strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that expand product selection and enhance the customer experience.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to seller acquisition, product selection, and marketplace growth. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency within the marketplace growth function.
Key Qualifications:
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree required.
- Sales & Business Experience: 1-3 years of proven success in a business-oriented role, preferably within e-commerce, retail, consumer goods, or related industries.
- Results-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and achieve key performance indicators through a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
- Marketplace Passion: Strong interest in promoting new products and offerings within evolving markets.
- Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Workplace applications.
- Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving success.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong business judgment, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

- 2+ years of direct experience within the e-commerce sector.
- 3+ years of experience in consumer electronics sales.
