The Role
As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving business success by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. You will be responsible for breaking down business data and processes, proposing technical solutions, and creating reports to support business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Write SQL queries, scripts, and reports for both ad-hoc and production analysis.
- Analyze data patterns and anomalies impacting business performance.
- Proactively characterize, distinguish, develop, and implement data products to support business strategy and operations.
- Assist in the development and participation in presentations to existing and planned clients and internal business units.
- Be a SQL power user, capable of evaluating results, leading root cause analysis, identifying next steps, and driving them forward.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be accountable for outcomes.
- Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in logical programming tools and methods (SQL).
- 3+ years of relevant programming or scientific experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a data warehouse environment and with large datasets from various sources.
- Solid SQL programming skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
