Program Overview
Our 10-week internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the media planning and buying industry, with 1:1 mentorship from our experienced professionals. You'll be immersed in daily life at a media agency, learning business insights, and staying up-to-date with the latest advertising trends. Our program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the industry, as well as the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in your future career.

Responsibilities
- Daily shadowing and training with a dedicated Intern Mentor
- Active participation in client and vendor calls
- Researching new advertising opportunities with video networks, mobile vendors, and display networks
- Exporting 3rd party data for daily and weekly performance reports
- Assisting teams with campaign performance analysis and optimizations
- Trafficking campaigns through 3rd party advertising services
- Communicating with publishers to monitor campaign pacing and ensure delivery goals are met
- Collaborating with fellow interns on a final project
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects with strong time management skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience creating and analyzing reports
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment with a positive attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and G Suite

Eligibility
Students enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate program (Junior status or higher) or recent graduates are eligible to apply. Coursework, previous experience, or interest in Digital Advertising is a plus, but not required.
