The Content Marketing Manager will join our Marketing team to create clear, compelling, and engaging content across all formats. You'll help Syndio stand out, educate customers, and bring clarity to the market about our unique value proposition.
You'll develop a deep understanding of our buyers and stakeholders, using this knowledge to educate and influence them throughout their journey. Collaboration with analytics, demand generation, sales, and product teams will be key to testing messaging and experimenting with new content types. Data-driven decision-making will be essential in empowering continuous improvement.

Strong judgment and exceptional taste in content that resonates with multiple audiences are also essential.
- Be the steward of the story: Write and produce high-quality content, including blogs, thought leadership assets, web copy, videos, and newsletters, with messages that educate, inspire, and convert.
- Guide the buyer journey: Create content that meets prospects where they are, tailored by channel, persona, and intent, from first click to closed-won.
- Partner with experts: Collaborate with internal subject-matter experts to turn trends and market signals into standout content that elevates our expert voice.
- Lead campaigns: Work across teams to shape and run integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and results.
- Focus on measurement: Use data to guide content strategy, tracking performance, SEO impact, and pipeline contribution to double down on what works.
- Experiment often: Embrace AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and content creation, while helping to scale those wins across the organization.

- Skilled writer with strong editorial judgment and the ability to adapt voice and tone across formats and audiences.

- Competitive Compensation: $99-$115k USD per year, with a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US.

- Fully remote model
- Within 1 month: Complete onboarding, get familiar with Syndio's platform and priorities, and connect with key stakeholders.
- Within 3 months: Lead the development of Syndio's monthly newsletter, take ownership of campaign content, and introduce new ideas for content format.
- Within 6 months: Lead key content initiatives, manage the content and campaign calendar, and track performance of content on pipeline and customer engagement.
Our interview process typically includes:
- Recruiter Screen (25 minutes)
- Hiring Manager (30 minutes)
- Loop (1.5 hours, consisting of three 30-minute video calls with departmental peers and cross-functional team members)
- Document Submission + Follow-up with Hiring Manager (45 minutes)
- Final Interview with VP of Marketing (30 minutes)
