We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Disney. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and managing various data sets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support assigned sales representatives and clients through all stages of the project lifecycle
  • Develop and implement effective media plans that drive revenue growth
  • Allocate team tasks and contribute to campaign management efforts
  • Perform tasks related to campaign management, including stock forecasting, media plan creation, order entry, negotiation, optimization, reporting, and invoicing
  • Ensure the Record Administrator is fully trained on campaign execution and can address related questions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for accelerations on complex challenges or requests regarding stock, ad products, or campaigns
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams on revenue tracking
  • Investigate and resolve ad delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Ad Platforms support
  • Test potential ad tech vendor integrations and provide feedback on contract negotiations
  • Ideate, execute, review, and improve operational processes that drive quality and efficiency
  • Analyze utilization and performance of digital inventory to develop strategies and products that maximize revenue yield
  • Mentor, train, and develop talent, including onboarding new hires
  • Create and update internal documentation to outline processes and best practices
  • Collaborate with regional teams and act as a local center of excellence for other offices across EMEA
  • Maintain expertise in TWDC's ad tech stack and ecosystem, and stay up-to-date with industry developments

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of overall experience in the advertising industry, either publisher/agency side or in ad tech
  • Team management experience
  • Expertise in defining and optimizing processes
  • Highly skilled in negotiating, planning, and managing ad campaigns for display and video across websites, apps, social platforms, and connected TV environments
  • Proven ability in activating campaigns, creating accurate and relevant insights, and optimizing performance
  • Solid understanding of programmatic advertising, technologies that power it, and key vendors in the space
  • Familiarity with general data security and privacy requirements related to digital advertising
