## The Reality:
We're a startup helping contractors use GoHighLevel. Our processes aren't perfect. Documentation exists but has gaps. You'll need to figure things out and document as you go.
## What You'll Actually Do:
- Help contractors who struggle with tech set up their GHL accounts
- Set up phone numbers - walk them through purchasing, face verification, carrier registration
- Fix A2P rejections - understand rejection codes, help reword applications, resubmit
- Configure email domains - SMTP setup, DNS records (MX, TXT, SPF, DKIM)
- Connect Zapier integrations - link Jobber, quote forms, CRMs to GHL workflows
- Monitor account setups - check who's stuck, proactively reach out
- Create Loom videos/Scribes when written instructions aren't enough
- Tell us when something is broken or confusing
## **Specific Technical Knowledge Required:**
- **A2P/10DLC registration** - you know why "CTA verification failed" happens
- **Twilio/phone systems** - face verification, carrier approval process
- **Email deliverability** - can configure sending domains without breaking email
- **Zapier webhooks** - connect any form to GHL, troubleshoot failed zaps
- **GHL workflows** - triggers, filters, actions for home service automations
## **Requirements:**
- **Strong GHL experience** - set up at least 10+ sub-accounts in SaaS mode
- **Problem solver** - when docs don't exist, you figure it out
- **Patient communicator** - explain tech to non-tech people
- **Self-directed** - we're busy, can't supervise constantly
- **Document everything** - if you solve it, write it down
## **What We Provide:**

- Hand-holding through every issue
- Perfect documentation
- Immediate answers to all questions
- A simple, repetitive job
