Revenue Operations and Data Analyst (6 month contract)

As a member of the Global Revenue Operations team, the Revenue Operations and Data Analyst is supporting our data optimization projects, sales processes initiatives, reporting & analysis, salesforce.com improvements, and funnel process management. The role provides support on all Revenue Operations functions but with a focus on data improvement and Salesforce initiatives. Critical success in this role will be the ability to be highly effective in Excel, knowledgeable in data analytics, have the ability to learn new tech tools quickly and to be able to communicate and work collaboratively with other groups across the organization. Reports to: Marketing Operations Manager Location: Toronto, ON, Canada ; Athens, GA, USA ; Remote OK Please note: This a 6 month contract, with the possibility to extend You will: • Support on administrative data integrity and enrichment activities using Excel to optimize data within our tech stack and in Salesforce • Understand and clean our data sources that feed into our reports and dashboards • Identify possible data issues that are negatively affecting the accuracy of our data • Assist with maintaining key reports and dashboards required to track business KPIs • Support on our tech stack tools and improve our operational processes with sales and marketing teams • Assist with data integration during the rollout of new tools and software changes across the teams • Contribute to improving our Salesforce infrastructure • Document changes in operational processes, rules of engagement, tech stack improvements and Salesforce updates • We work in an environment where problems are constantly changing, so you’ll need to stay resourceful, calm and adaptive as we face new challenges Qualifications: • 1+ years in a similar role working in data and operations • Proficient in using Excel and skilled in creating Pivot tables and using Vlookups • Experience with a CRM like Salesforce is a plus • Experience with tools such as Outreach, Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator is a plus • Resourceful and good research skills, who would thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment • Understanding of sales funnel stages and industry KPIs • Demonstrable experience interpreting data analytics • Strong communication and logical thinker • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and proactively provide updates • Impeccable time management and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills About Docebo: Here at Docebo, we power learning experiences for over 2,000 customers around the world with our easy-to-use, AI-powered Suite designed to close the enterprise learning loop.
