You will be responsible for answering customer support phone calls and emails and creating and assigning tickets for reported customer technical issues. Project Coordinator / Dispatcher (MSP) Responsibilities: • Answer all phone calls and emails directed to support. • Collect information about the customer and their technical issues or requests, then use that information to create helpful and descriptive tickets. • Direct calls and tickets to the appropriate resources while communicating ticket handling priority, availability, and due dates to the entire team. • Maintains the CSR Ticket Queue and assigns tickets to resources as they are available to handle issues. • Perform customer follow-ups to determine satisfaction and make recommendations to the Customer. • Support or Technical Service departments if further customer follow-up is needed.
