Senior Director, Software Strategy, IT Quality Assurance & Enablement - Hybrid
                                About the position
Responsibilities
• Develop and refresh the overall IT strategy process across all of IT and business.
• Facilitate quarterly meetings to discuss progress, issues, and modifications to the IT strategy.
• Create and manage an IT QA strategy that includes an enterprise automation test strategy.
• Establish enterprise metrics to measure IT QA effectiveness and strategic goals.
• Lead the Agile center of excellence and determine the Agile Strategy for NMDP.
• Facilitate communication plans across all of IT, ensuring transparency and timely communications.
• Track and plan for IT large spend items in collaboration with the Enterprise Procurement team.
• Lead the IT annual goal process and track progress throughout the year.
Requirements
• Advanced knowledge of software quality assurance principles and best practices.
• Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies and delivery processes.
• Working knowledge of overall IT, programming languages, software procedures, applications, and products.
• Excellent IT leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Ability to work with senior IT leaders and drive collaboration and alignment.
• Excellent strategic mindset with a proven track record of creating and driving IT strategy.
• Experience in creating and using enterprise metrics to identify and mitigate risks.
• 10 years of IT leadership experience.
