About the Role
Swoon is partnering with a healthcare industry leader to hire an Entry-Level Marketing Project Coordinator. You’ll support an ongoing brand initiative by coordinating schedules, triaging emails, documenting project actions, and preparing simple presentation materials for stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to build project coordination experience in a fast-moving marketing environment.
Contract Details
• Duration: 3 months
• Pay: $20/hour (W-2)
• Employment Type: W-2 only (no C2C or 1099)
• Location: Fully remote (must be able to work 9am–5pm Eastern)
What You’ll Do
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and project deadlines; track due dates and follow-ups.
• Triage and respond to project emails; route requests to the right stakeholders.
• Update project information in the project management system and shared trackers.
• Document project actions, decisions, and results (notes, task lists, status updates).
• Create and polish basic presentation materials and summaries for stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams, management, and vendors; produce light correspondence and reports as needed.
What You’ll Bring
• 2+ years in project coordination, marketing coordination, or administrative support (internships count).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills—especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable interfacing with stakeholders.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through; able to prioritize and hit deadlines.
• Self-starter who works well in a distributed, collaborative team.
Nice to Have
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Workfront, Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Experience supporting marketing/creative teams or brand initiatives.
Work Authorization & Compliance
• W-2 employment only (no C2C or 1099).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
