Office Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ann Aaron Contracting & Roofing, LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Assist with payroll processing
• Provide general support to visitors
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
