Director of Retention Marketing
The Director of Retention Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategies designed to enhance customer loyalty and drive retention through effective marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Create and implement retention marketing campaigns targeted at improving customer engagement and decreasing churn.
• Analyze customer data and insights to identify opportunities for personalized marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer retention.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of retention strategies.
• Manage and lead a team of retention marketing specialists, providing guidance and support.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in retention marketing or related field, with demonstrated experience in campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from customer data.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage projects effectively.
• Passion for customer engagement and loyalty marketing.
