Healthcare Data Analyst II
Description:
• The Data Analyst TPA is a critical participant in helping Operations leadership effectively manage against critical Key Performance Indicators.
• Collaborating with many internal functions and using many disparate data sources, the Data Analyst brings clarity to how Personify Health is performing.
• This is done through development of reporting and dashboards, and analysis of the outputs to understand areas of underperformance and/or opportunities to improve.
• The role’s focus will include forecasting key metrics such as revenue performance and productivity, as well as regression analysis on actual performance to assess how business activities impacted key metrics and ideas to improve performance in the future.
• In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following: Understanding of key data sources within Personify Health with the ability to extract and merge this data using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Micro strategies.
• Creation of reporting and dashboards to reflect KPIs and other data required of TPA Operations leadership to manage their functions.
• Assessment and analysis of reports and dashboards to better understand areas of opportunity and underperformance, highlighting these areas and/or making recommendations on improvement plans to leadership.
• Using knowledge of the Personify business and available data, proactively explore trends in various business performance metrics to determine business activity cause/effect on metrics.
• Develop miscellaneous reports on an ad hoc basis as directed by Operations leadership.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics/Statistics/Information Science, or equivalent, in related discipline.
• 1-3 years of professional work experience in finance, data analytics, operational reporting, or equivalent experience related to data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Experience with or working knowledge of TPA (Third Party Administrator) business model including claims billing, processing, and reporting.
• Ability to create data models to forecast and assess outcomes of various business activities.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on pattern recognition.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
• Required to work cross functionally with various teams throughout Personify Health.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A high level of professionalism and positive work behavior.
