Full-time Bookkeeper
GBK Advisors is a growing business-centric firm looking for a service-oriented, self-motivated full-service bookkeeper to contribute to our privately held, small to mid-size business clients and their owner’s financial planning.
Duties include:
• Preparing bank reconciliations as needed by client
• Setting up payroll services for new clients as well as running live payroll
• Preparing payroll quarterly and annual filings
• Preparing 1099s
• Preparing sales tax returns
• Managing client accounts receivable and/or payables as needed
• Full-time availability for client communication/meetings in office
Experience requirements:
• 4-year degree preferred
• 5+ years managing multiple client’s bookkeeping needs
• 5+ years direct client communication with excellent customer service
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop as well as QuickBooks Online
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Research, track and resolve accounting problems

• Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm EST
