Virtual/Administrative Assistant to setup File Sharing and Internal Communication system
We need a proactive Virtual Assistant to first organize our internal communication in Microsoft Teams. The right candidate will then take over management of our social media platforms. This is a foundational role for a growing company.
Immediate Priorities:
Audit and structure our Microsoft Teams for optimal workflow.
Set up organized channels, file sharing, and permissions.
Establish clear naming conventions and documentation.
Next Phase Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a social media content calendar.
Create and schedule engaging content (graphics, video, text).
Monitor engagement and help grow our online community.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Is a Microsoft Teams Expert: You know how to build and structure Teams, not just use them for chats.
Has Social Media Chops: You can show examples of accounts you've managed.
Is a self-starter who can identify problems and fix them without hand-holding.
Has excellent communication skills.
