Spanish fluent Project Attorneys (REMOTE)
                                Job Description:
We are seeking fluent Spanish contract attorneys (licensed) with strong writing skills and particular experience in consumer banking, mortgage servicing/origination, credit cards, etc., for a six-month assignment, which could develop into a longer assignment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide legal analysis for financial investigative matters.
• Draft and review investigation documentation.
• Collaborate with team leadership and project managers.
• Conduct research and analysis on financial investigative issues.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Clean law license.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Experience in financial services (e.g., consumer banking, mortgage servicing/origination, credit cards) is helpful.
Additional Information:
• The project is ongoing, and we need candidates as soon as possible.
• The confirmation process will require an interview and a writing sample.
• A clear initial background check is required.
• The onboarding process for this project is lengthy; approved candidates can expect to begin full-time 3-4 weeks after initial approval/onboarding.
• During the interim, there may be occasional update calls, which can be billed for.
