About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Virtual Chat Support Agent to join our Customer Support team. This full-time, hourly role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service through real-time online communication. As a Virtual Chat Support Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive prompt, helpful, and friendly assistance in English, while contributing to a positive brand experience.
What You'll Do
• Provide real-time chat support to customers and respond to their inquiries in English promptly and professionally.
• Handle a wide range of customer concerns including product questions, order status, troubleshooting, and general assistance.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while identifying customer needs and resolving issues.
• Follow company guidelines, policies, and workflows to ensure consistent service quality.
• Escalate complex customer inquiries to the appropriate team or department when necessary.
• Monitor and manage multiple chats simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Document and update customer interactions and resolutions in the company's support system.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings and support processes.
Qualifications
• Fluent in written and verbal English communication.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in virtual or chat support roles.
• Strong typing skills with accuracy and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset to assist and support customers professionally.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and technology-driven environment.
• Familiarity with utilizing CRM software, chat tools, or customer support systems is a plus.
• Ability to work a consistent full-time schedule, including potential evening, weekend, or holiday shifts as needed.
The Pay Range For This Role Is
20.91 - 32.41 USD per hour(Remote (Hempstead, New York, US))
