Below is the job description for your review Please let me know if you would be interested and please attach your updated resume at kishore.m Role: EPIC Ops Support Engineer Location : Louisville, KY - Permanent remote Long Term Contract 7+ years experienced candidates Responsibilities: o Carry out day-to-day EPIC operations, provide triaging and incident resolution. Will interface with Epic & Rackspace technical support services. o Manage Member Eligibility Loads into Epic. Maintenance of Claims and Provider data loads. o Analyze and resolve provider onboarding issues o Work on EPIC interfaces and data exchange issues which includes both API and SFTP data exchange o Maintain and load de-identified test membership data into HEPPI in accordance with Humana enterprise standards.
