Field Services Administrator-Dispatcher, Remote, Part time
About the position
Responsibilities
• Receive incoming calls and transfer to appropriate extensions while providing requested information.
• Create service tickets for multiple ESG Operating Companies including Heil, 3rd Eye, and Marathon.
• Manage incoming service ticket requests, ensuring data accuracy and proper service request fulfillment.
• Create field service estimates based on service ticket requests following standard practices.
• Contact customers to request purchase orders to fulfill service dates.
• Maintain knowledge of the phone system and make necessary changes; manage mailboxes and extensions.
• Arrange travel for technical services team members.
• Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Attend work during regular hours or as assigned, including acceptance of overtime assignments as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Prior knowledge of database, quote system, and ticket system used by Technician teams is required.
• Experience in providing estimates for service is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to handle multiple incoming calls in a calm and efficient manner.
• Basic business and clerical skills are needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) at an intermediate to expert level.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding incoming calls and information received.
• Experience in a rapidly growing and changing environment is important.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
