Oracle Cloud Financials Integration Technical developer - FULL TIME - REMOTE

This a full-time position with our customer, a Fortune 500 industry leader. The Oracle Technical analyst will manage and support existing `Oracle EBS environments and also provide support for Oracle Cloud Transformation projects. The lead will play a crucial role in designing architecture for scalability, high-availability, performance, flexibility, operational efficiency, security, and maintainability. The ideal candidate will lead translation of the client's business goals and requirements into system designs, technical configuration and testing of Oracle applications and integrations. A proven track record of working on supporting complex systems in a fast-paced environment is essential. Responsibilities: • Lead cross-functional and cross-technology solution design discussions • Review and/or develop integration strategy documents and technical specifications to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the overall ERP solution • Strong experience with OIC & PaaS, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports/Integrations, Approval Workflows, Fast Formulas • Define solution footprint for prospects, either as part of proposal response or on-site discovery or other working sessions • Work with project managers to ensure accurate scoping for timely project delivery - estimate time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project; develop project plans incorporating all project variables including risk. Qualifications and Required Skills • 8-10 years of experience developing solutions with Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OICS) & Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS) • Ideal to have worked on at least 1-2 Oracle Cloud or Multi-Pillar projects • Primary Modules: Integrating with Oracle Cloud Financials • Experience designing overall Oracle Cloud solutions including complementary vendors and integrations based on business requirements and impact on boundary systems • Working knowledge of Cloud Configuration • Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments • Implementation in global environments or international experience • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members • Two+ active Oracle Cloud Certifications including Oracle Integration Cloud • Willing to travel for key events Perks & Benefits • Competitive salary and bonus potential • Generous PTO policy and paid holidays • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with employer match and stock program • Paid parental leave and family care support • Tuition reimbursement and professional development programs Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
