Description: • Represent RR Donnelley to external parties and market company/jobs to attract university students for entry-level roles and internships. • Manage internal relationships and processes to ensure positive candidate journey and maximize candidate experience. • Support creation/updating of job postings for university recruitment programs, internships, and entry-level roles. • Develop and maintain relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations to build a pipeline of talent. • Plan and execute university recruitment events including career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews. • Manage and support university relations projects and initiatives. • Educate and guide hiring managers on university recruiting and internship best practices. • Perform all phases of recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and negotiating offers. • Build sourced candidate pools and maintain regular communication. • Work collaboratively with other HR groups and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience. • 3+ years of experience in managing the full recruitment life cycle, with a focus on university recruitment, internships, and entry-level hiring. • Experience with sourcing candidates using various mediums, including Handshake with a demonstrated ability to attract university talent. • Demonstrated experience planning and executing career fairs and other university recruitment events. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple university recruitment initiatives simultaneously. • Experience in managing full recruiting life cycle. • Ability to prioritize tasks • Experience utilizing ATS to manage the recruiting process • Intermediate Boolean search knowledge and ability to utilize a variety of sourcing channels including social media, internet search, database search • Experienced negotiating in tough situations • Ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and managers • Exceptional communication skills, representing RR Donnelley to internal and external parties • Familiarity with behavioral-based interviewing preferred • Ability to learn local, state and federal employment regulations Benefits: • medical, dental, and vision coverage • paid time off • disability insurance • 401(k) with company match • life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages • parental leave • adoption assistance • tuition assistance • employer/partner discounts Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
