Required Skills & Experience: • 12+ months in sales, customer service, or call center roles. • Persuasive communication and active listening skills. • Ability to negotiate, upsell, and resolve conflicts tactfully. • Basic computer proficiency and data entry accuracy. • High school diploma or equivalent.
