Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring Call Center Agents with sales and customer service experience to join our dynamic team in Charleston, WV. In this role, you will handle inbound/outbound calls to promote products, resolve customer inquiries, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote/Sell Products & Services: Educate customers on offerings and close sales opportunities.
• Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Provide professional, patient, and efficient phone support.
• Process Orders & Requests: Negotiate and complete save/service orders accurately.
• Resolve Customer Needs: Offer tailored solutions based on product/service requirements.
• Communicate Fees & Adjustments: Clearly explain pricing, discounts, and policy details.
• Follow Call Flows: Adhere to structured guidelines to optimize customer interactions.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 12+ months in sales, customer service, or call center roles.
• Persuasive communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to negotiate, upsell, and resolve conflicts tactfully.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry accuracy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in retail sales, telecom, or subscription services.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
