Looking to take your Customer Support to the next level? Join our team as a Live Chat Operator! In this role, you will respond to answers and requests posed by customers of all nature through online platforms on the website and via online assistance services in real time. You should be available to provide service through chat platforms and have the ability to solve inquiries of clients via written communication merely. What You'll do • Handle customer inquiries promptly via live chat. • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools. • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. • Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas. Required Qualifications & Skills • High School diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus • Excellent written English—spell‑checked, grammatically correct, and professional. • Strong typing speed (40+ adjusted WPM) and accuracy in real‑time chat scenarios. • Ability to multitask efficiently handling several chat threads simultaneously. • Empathetic and patient customer approach; able to diffuse tension calmly. • Basic tech literacy: familiarity with chat support tools, or CRM software.
