Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and protocols to protect The Walt Disney Company's digital assets and brands. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address potential security risks. Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats, and make recommendations for security enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of the company's operations. Monitor and analyze network traffic and system logs to identify and respond to potential security incidents. Work with third-party vendors and partners to ensure compliance with security standards and requirements. Create and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines. Train employees on cybersecurity best practices and conduct regular security awareness training. Participate in incident response and disaster recovery planning and execution. Act as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity matters and provide guidance and support to other teams within the company. Conduct research and testing of new security technologies and tools, and make recommendations for their implementation. Stay current with industry regulations and compliance requirements and ensure the company's cybersecurity practices align with them. Continuously evaluate and improve existing security processes and procedures to ensure maximum effectiveness. Serve as a liaison between the company and external partners, such as law enforcement and regulatory agencies, in matters related to cybersecurity.
